How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are usually arrive within 30 to 60 minutes. The actual time will be informed by our friendly staff during order confirmation.
Will my order arrive late?
Occasionally, we might be late due to traffic condition or other unknown reasons. If this ever occur to you, we will credit your account 1,000đ for every minute late.
What are the payment methods?
Only cash is accepted at the moment. We are working to implement online payment to make it convenience for you.
Incorrect order is delivered?

Complaint or feedback on your order?
We are very sorry if you are not satisfied with our products or sevices for any reason. Please contact our supporting staff to help us serve you better.
No order confirmation?
All orders should be confirmed via email, sms or telephone within 3 mins. However, if you do not get the order confirmation, please contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn't been confirmed.

Once, we start blending and/or extracting, your order may not be cancelled.
What's the minimum delivery quantity?
We do not have a minimum delivery quantity. However, there is a delivery fee for order under 100,000 đ.
